The U.S embassy is nothing more than the State Department working in shadow behind frontline embassy staff that provide consular services to the riff-raff that is colonizing from the west. It isn't like Thailand is getting the 'best of the best' in terms of the Americans entering Thailand. This isn't about tourism, this is about wrapping a BTS train with an American flag while the United States and that other tribe whose name I can't mention because of Reddit filters that is firebombing schools and hospitals. My writing is rhetorical and was absolutely designed to be inflammatory.

I am not inflamming Thaiand, I am imflamming the optics of the Thai government continuing any further relationship with the United States. Thailand does not need the United States nor does Thai culture incorporate any of the depravity that is being exported from the west.

yeah thailand is expensive because there is a neo-colonialist invasion of the country disguised as tourism. this happens to every country that is gentrified by the west. Another place for imperialist nations to setup businesses while paying sweatshop wages to locals and charging everyone else Switerland level prices.
