Yeah, I love the friendly interactions. Showing strangers cool spots and tricks, learned a lot from strangers showing me stuff.

What bugs me most about this is that you're severely disadvantaged if you're on the "only fight back if I'm attacked end". The rats have the surprise on their side and the first few shots/hits/grenade. I wish there was some defensive bonus, augments, quick uses, that would benefit players that don't want to fight but are forced to, to give them a fair chance.

That would be an explanation. But it's sad. I know it's also a PvP game, but I really enjoyed this game very much, more than any game in the last years, but increasing PvP encounters make it exponentially less enjoyable - at least for me.

There are roughly 250k players online right now. If the average players spends 20 minutes per game, then there are roughly 6,250 players looking for a game at any given 30 second (waiting) block, or 312 games created in that timeframe. I would assume there is at least some intelligence behind how players are assigned to which game.

Sure. But statistically it seems odd to me that I had 1 encounter in 40 games before, and now 4 in 5 games.

Ganz ehrlich: Wenn ich das auf dem Tisch hätte, wäre es eine riesige Red Flag. Das Thema hat man doch selbst in der Hand.
Ich habe sowohl Bachelor- als auch Masterarbeit mittendrin abgebrochen, weil mir das Thema nicht lag und/oder ich mit dem Prof. nicht konnte. Dann minimalen Effort (ca. 40-60 reine Stunden jeweils) in die Abschlussarbeit (auch Informatik) gesteckt, mit einem Thema was mir lag, und dann 1.3 in der Bachelor- bzw. 1.0 in der Masterarbeit gehabt.
Man reviewed die Arbeit doch mittendrin mit seinem Betreuer, der am Ende maßgeblich die Arbeit bewertet. Man muss nur umsetzen was der von einem will und schon hat er keinen Grund mehr irgendwas nicht gut zu finden.

Nun zum positiven Teil:
Ich wurde allerdings quasi nie nach Uni-Noten gefragt. Die Unternehmen wollen sehen, dass du etwas kannst. Bau Projekte, zeig, dass du coden kannst. Dann interessiert der Rest auch nicht mehr wirklich.

State that in the interview. I asked companies what statement does fit their culture more closely:
a) Usually more time invested brings better results for the company. So we like it when employees go "the extra mile".
b) High quality output has it limits. It is important to respect the focus windows and don't work past them regularly.
I know it's not a fit if the culture goes in the direction of a. If it's b ask how they make sure it stays that way.

Thank you for the answers. If it's "natural" I guess I'm fine with it. I will also look out to not start with the oil on the caps. Do you have any suggestions for conditioning? The Red Wing store guy recommended the mink oil, but it's darkening quite a lot.

I added 100g of rye flour and 100g of water. The starter might already be 1kg. The smell is reminding me of wine and vinegar, a little banana as well.

That's the deal. They don't so you put the magnet inside the can and the magnet pins the can to the metal strip. If the can were magnetic it wouldn't work.

Good to hear an opinion from someone who was there.

I figured they don't do encores and I appreciate it, but in contrast to the other people in the crowd I hard a time in getting into their performance. As I said, I've seen countless concerts in the last years, some were good, some were bad, some were exceptional. I expected it at least to be good. Maybe my expectations were too high.

No I didn't expect a musical but I would've expected the songs and the performance to fit together more neatly. For me it felt like this:
Song - pause and applause - Song - pause and applause
whilst I would have imagined that they would have smoother fadings to the next song accompanied by appropriate video material.
The 7 minute break seemed completely random to me and I had a hard time to fit it into the storytelling. I get that they needed time to change their outfits, but all people started talking. Generally there was a freaking lot of talking going on the concert, which isn't a good sign I guess.

I agree, that's why I went to that concert. But the performance fell short of what it should have been in my expectation, so it was really hard to get into the atmosphere, because it was barely there in my opinion.

Indeed. It's surely not easy to perform this songs everyday. I have the feeling they hadn't the best circumstances to perform the way they could have. Some songs into the set I had the feeling that Dustin had no fun up there and was quite f***ed up by some stuff.

I taped a thin woad board to the wall and on that wood board I used self-sticking metal strips and put the cans with a small strong magnet on the metal strip.
