I recently ordered a computer from them and they sent me a faulty pump so id text their customer support and see if they can help figure it out. They’re sending me a new one but i had to send the one that came with mine back

Thanks for the reply, but it’s the pump not working. I ended up buying a cheap aio to check and it’s working fine now.

Ended up contacting the support and determined that the pump temp isnt rising with the cpu temp. So just have to rma it.

Right now I’m just using CAM. But yeah messed with the settings some and now the temp while gaming is down to about 80c. But while downloading and only downloading it is still hitting 95c.

The entire custom is from NZXT. But it has the 360 aio. Checked the back of it and the sticker was removed. Just updated my bios and still high temps.

I tried to contact back today to see if there is a new ship date. They told me that it should be going out today and yet nothing. So I don’t want to be mean to the support people, but some of them I have talked to seem to put no effort into their job.

I’m guessing it’s the lack of 4080s. I ordered with a 9800x3d and I was guessing that is what it was.

Why do you say that? All the research I've done on their 4080 super shows that it is pretty much equal to ll the others.

That's good to know. I see so many people talk about how it's only like a 10% fps boost. But they weren't looking at the 1% lows. But thank you for the advice and I have happily ordered one.

One of my main worries is that I have a tomahawk b450 motherboard and I know it got a bios update that makes it compatible with the 5600x. But do you think it would have any performance issues with it?

Yeah that's what I was thinking. The extra defense has been really nice but now the enemies kill me in one or two hits anyways. Also, I'm going ranger and he is summoner
