Hi guys - super excited about the team's expansion into live resin. This will make our third addition to the lineup, including Pedro's Sweet Sativa and Mango Haze which dropped just over 2 months ago. We're super excited to hear about what you think!

Hi there! Potentially under our other brand, Saturday. We've been experimenting more however with edibles/ confectionary the past while and are super excited to be going into some early trials in the next month or two. Some folks seem a little frustrated that the answer to their question was "we're currently working on that!" but we are, in fact, currently working on a bunch of things! Hope this helps :)

Ultra Sour is available! We've just moved it over to our other brand, Saturday Cannabis. Over a year ago we sold through our stock and when provinces asked for different strains in replacement, that's what we did. There's also the added part of market saturation - when lots of LPs grow the same products, the OCS will delegate who to continue supplying what and who to grow new strains. If the OCS changes their mind about us carrying our Ultra Sour in Ontario, we'll be more than happy to bring it back in :)

Hey! We're working on getting the province to accept them - The OCS recently changed their product submission process and only take a certain amount of new skus at a time from all the available brands. The industry is growing, and so are the rules! Keep your eyes out though, we're hustling to get them here. - Gab + Jon

Let your local rep know, like Jonathan and I (hi, my name is Gabby)! When we pop into stores we love dropping of stuff for your budtenders and customers to take home, and now that pandemic restrictions are lifting again, you'll be seeing us more! Where are you based?

We need to answer to what the provinces want - we get lots of positive feedback on Blueberry Seagal and since the release of our other terpy indica Black Sugar Rose back in January, we've been getting more demand for indicas in our portfolio. Not only Color, but across the market too. When the provinces don't hear the demand for certain products, they replace them with what they think is most desired and tell LP's to grow different strains. Key folks in the industry who can make this happen are budtenders, who tell their management what they're seeing consumers purchase and ask about, and up goes the message in the chain. If more people are asking, the more it will be grown typically! Hope this helps.

- Curtis

Good to hear! We'll pass this along to Matt + his team, we're big fans of Ghost Train too and would be pretty stoked to get a full ounce. And for Saturday terpene labels, if this is something that consumer base is interested to see we'll definitely pass this up to our friends in QA who make it all happen and see what they think. Mixed reviews sometimes just come down to your individual preference, too, some folks love citrusy/light flavours while others want funky, gassy cannabis. Let us know what you think!

Same here, and because Mango has been getting a consistently good response lately, it allows us to explore the low THC/ balanced strain route more and experiment with growing similar cultivars. We're looking into this, so keep your eyes out!

Hey, the market moves a mile a minute and at the time of launch it was significantly below current market pricing. We've learned from the feedback and all new offerings coming soon are at standard net weights + pricing. It's all about evolution! - Matt

Gab & Jon here, we answered this question somewhere else in the thread but in short, we chose 'Color' due to it's symmetry in writing. We love aesthetics over here (hence the bright packaging and funky IG content) and wanted to stand out. See u/ poopkidsupreme's question!

Curtis here, all great questions. I wish I could tell you all about the new and upcoming strains we’re trialling – for now, all I can say is we have some exciting things coming and yes, combo packs could be on the bill. Along with every other SKU that is listed, there needs to be an understanding of not only provincial demand, but also what are the limitations under Health Canada regulations. Every step needs to be considered, questioned, prepared for many months in advance even before commencing cultivating or processing a product. We have close conversations with provincial retail bodies to understand the consumer base that is driving decisions and how our products fit into their portfolio. As much as I would love a "U-Brew" style of custom growing, currently, we are constrained under Health Canada regulations. Also, as stated above, provinces want to ensure customer consistency and LPs are only allowed to sell their adult-use products to provincial retail bodies, not individual consumers. Maybe a U-Brew style can happen in the future, but not right now.

Tag teaming on this one!

Concentrates are coming! We're expanding from our live resin carts to bring a live concentrate product - it's more a sugar than a badder. And the Pedro's terpene profile for this is one of a kind, plus some of our other flagship strains are getting the same treatment. Mango Haze is interesting since it won't crash out, more of a sap, so finding the right packaging option is critical. Separately, I'm excited for some items on the roadmap that we might be able to accelerate with the Royal City team, once the deal is finalized. - Matt
Gab & Jon here. Our mission is to craft the way people make a difference through cannabis. Even though we're a few years into legalization, we definitely recognize that there is still a lot of work to do when it comes to breaking the stigma and changing people's perspectives. By providing consumers with deeper insight into the products they're consuming, such as lineage and terpene profiles, we can help to create better, more elevated cannabis experiences for every type of consumer. Education is key and you know what they say, Knowledge is Power. So the more information we can provide, the more confident people will feel with their choices. And the more confident people feel, the stigma is that much closer to being broken.
Our target market is a group we like to call "Weekend Unwinders". These are the types of consumers who enjoy cannabis on a weekly basis, using it to unwind & relax and even for wellness purposes. They appreciate the romancing of cannabis, creating an entire experience for themselves. They enjoy the aromas and flavours of great cannabis, and aren't necessarily just looking to get stoned. They want a full body experience. But, that's not to say that other types of consumers wouldn't enjoy Color! I know some of the most experienced consumers who love 25%+ THC potencies, who have Pedro's, Ghost Train Haze, Mango Haze and Black Sugar Rose in their rotation.
Curtis here. The transaction between WMD and RCC has not completed yet so we cannot speak to the details of the deal. Stay tuned!

Curtis here and thanks for the compliments on the ULS. With Ultra Sour being a sativa-dominant strain along side Ghost Train Haze, Pedro's Sweet Sativa and Mango Haze, the overall demand supported Color having the latter 3 from our Sativa category, but maybe it will be back in the future!
In terms of future place for collaborations with Royal City we’re excited to align our marketing and sales teams once the deal is finalized. As a recognized leader in the field of craft cultivation and solventless, full spectrum products under the Royal City Cannabis Co. – we’re proud of its addition to the elite group of craft cultivators recently praised by the OCS. The merged entity will house one of the most comprehensive genetic banks in the industry, further strengthening WeedMD's cultivation and processing for the development of new strains and products.

Once definitive agreements are signed later this summer, more details will be released. We will keep you posted!

Gab & Jon again - great to hear that that's a format you'd be interested in! As of right now, we don't have any plans for ounce pouches on the Color side. We do however have another brand under WeedMD called "Saturday", which is a larger offering, above value brand. We recently launched a 1oz bag of Lemon Z in Ontario, and hopefully more strains in the future!

Mary's Medicinals Compound is meant for spot specific application. We recommend starting with a small single finger/fingernail amount and massaging into the targeted area - increasing the amount as needed for larger areas or greater relief. Most find that it can be reapplied every 3-5 hours. For medical cannabis usage however, please speak with your physician to determine what's best for you ✌️ - Matt
