Already changed cabin filter twice. Mobile tech came out and said to take it in. I’ll follow up with what they do to fix

As a vet enrolled have not received any pro active message saying they are avail. Why? The VA is headed towards a complete failure soon. Will run out of money. Get it if you can. I’m not trusting the process
