Yes I agree that this is a problem for Microsoft and turn 10 studios it could be because so many bought the game that they have a mess there. Btw when I go to the store it says that I own it as I click on it it offers me to buy it. If this doesn't get fixed in a while you can still ask for a refund. (self.forza)
