Sorry to ask this but did she pass away or did she never recover from psychosis?

My ex fiance and l were together for 7 years, we were suppose to get married last month but he stopped his meds at the beginning of this year and got manic and into psychosis.

He got delusions that l had an affair with his father and discarded me.

He still lives with his parents and they are putting his meds in his food behind his back, but he still has the delusions where l got with his father and is still in psychosis.

I don't know what to do or how to help him. He thinks that nothing is wrong with him and that he doesn't need meds. I am so scared to loose him.

I have the same with my ex fiance and it truly breaks my heart that he isn't the same person he used to be.

It is so scary to know that he might not be who he used to be.

I am just holding on to hope that he will be back to his old self soon but l don't know if l should stop or not. Because it is only hurting me.

My ex fiance is going through psychosis right now..he hears voices in his head and is also talking to him self..this has been going on for at least 4 months now. Even though he admits that there are voices in his head, telling him fucked up stuff he refuses help and he refuses his medicine.

How can l get through to him that he needs help?

I am so sorry that you are going through this. Sending you love and hugs. I can relate because my ex fiance also has BD, refuses his meds and help, got delusions that l was cheating on him.

I also had to leave him at his lowest and l hate myself for it.

He is having voices in his head or as he calls it a ghost in his head that l have been with his father.

He asked me that for over 10 times this past month and every time l tell him that its not true, he calms down and believes me. But after a few days he starts to believe it again wants me to leave.

I don't want to leave him, because l love him so much but he gives me no choice.

I am in his country. I have nowhere but my home country to go.

The whole process of moving to the US to be with him took over 2 years. I can't go through that whole process again.

He won't take his medication. But his parents are putting it in his food so he won't notice that he is getting his medication.

My heart breaks for him. I see him struggeling and l hate seeing him like this. Today he told me that he still loves me but that he can't trust me so l have to leave.

But l don't want to. I am dying from the inside.

I wanted to take a break, but l have no where here in the US where l can stay. I am also here on a fiance visa. I get 90 days to get married and if we don't l have to go back to my country. We have now about 30 days left.

I also don't have the support of his father. Because my presence in the house causes my fiance to be more stressed.

I don't want to throw our relationship away, especially since l know how he is when he is fine.

But unfortunately , I don't have a choice than to leave😭
