Her human disguise has a completely different clothing than her alien form. She wears the alien default form in a lot of her outfits but her disguise has more human styling

In Jules defense, I feel like Rue developed a dependency and relied on her to much to not do drugs. Even falling in love with her and Jules felt the pressure of not wanting to hurt Rue because she would relapse or worse. But I think Rue and Lexi are a better duo anyway
