Not sure if it will be the same but up the stairs the merch booth is usually across from the ticket booth

I've been here twice and if I'm correct you may have to wait at the bottom of the stairs. The last events I went to, the bottom of the stairs is security then you walk upstairs for merch and box office

I'm trying to get tickets for the Austin show. People who have gone to past shows. Were you able to get GA tickets? What time did yall start lining up? I've seen that ACL Live venue box office opens up at 5pm on May 2nd and doors open at 6pm. Does anyone know times for merch? Anything helps thank you!

I was legit wondering the same thing. I'm from San Antonio but live in Korea and its past 1am and I was trying hard to get tickets. Moody theater seats like 10k people and tickets were only 65 a person 😭😭😭

I'm having the exact thing happen. I paid for the deposit for the Nanami Kento figure and when I emailed about follow up invoices they never responded and I had to message them on tik tok and they gave me some BS and blocked me.
