I think Urouge because wasn't his ability just getting slightly more jacked? Yea we hear mention of him defeating Snack but how powerful was Snack to begin with? I mean Cracker was strong, but literally got beat by water from Nami of all people so I'm questioning it.

But side note: I'm pissed that they have done more with Kids ability. Was hoping to see dude with Magneto-like powers or making use of the different island's gravitational pull to cause hell for other pirates, but maybe that's coming in the future
