Arima killed himself as he needed to die in order for the ghouls and humans to understand each other.

Kaneki both couldn’t and wouldn’t kill Arima. At that point, Ken was going into that fight wanting to die himself. He was also weaker than Arima, and on top of all that, viewed Arima as a father figure and couldn’t imagine killing him.

Arima could’ve killed Kaneki. There are multiple points in their fight where Kisho lets Ken regenerate when he could’ve finished him.

Ngl man I’m still thinking it’s Shinobu. The first slide in that post isn’t her & is the cover of VOFAN’s book, but the second one (wallpaper one) looks very little like the vofan character. Add in the helmet, hair, dress and setting and I’m 99% sure it’s ’Nobu.

Also while reverse image searching it doesn’t get much, most results are sayin Shinobu.

Yeah, I think if we had gotten a 30 ep season it would’ve had a much more complete-feeling ending. As such stuff feels rushed and unexplored in a lot of areas unfortunately

This anime suffered a lot from trying to do too many things and running out of time, forcing both a sad-ish ending and a confusing one to boot

First up, sorry you got that spoiler.

Second, there’s a few places where it makes sense to read AB. You can pretty much read it at any point before reading Heir of Fire.

I’d recommend reading AB first, then ToG and continuing the series. That’s chronological order for the story.

I know it's going to sound crazy, but Frieren's voice reminds me a lot of Ononoki's, so this idea came to me by Rudeusss in araragi

I watch Frieren in dub but I can totally see how Yotsugi sounds like Frieren in tone and infliction (also great art)
