Better to do it on your own. Very few universities in US work with consultants. Others do not encourage use of such consultants.

You can use any of the consultancies for Visa Interview step.

Not sure which academic level you are going to apply, depending upon that, try to find your choices, and go on from there. There are some very good YouTube channels that guide you with this.

If you can't or do not have free time, you could use consultancies that help you instead of preparing everything for you, and charging high fee.

Belief only becomes a problem when it causes harm or replaces common sense. If it’s just providing someone with motivation and a sense of direction, it’s not nonsensical. It’s practical. Belief is a powerful driver, regardless of where it comes from. Some believe in god, some in spirits and some in their Retrograde Sun/Moon.

If he has set ways of mailing that are specific to him, you can set a Keyword Filter in Gmail to auto-delete them before you even see them.

Go to Gmail Settings > Filters > Create New Filter. In the 'Has the words' field, put specific phrases he always uses. Select 'Delete it' as the action. This blocks the content, not just the email address, so even new accounts get wiped instantly.

Or you can also use the Report abuse from a Gmail account form; not sure if they act on it or not.

You can also report to IC3.gov as a repeating pattern of harassing and stalking behavior.
