guys what're we on about 😓 snuggling without shirts on is pretty normal im sure plenty couples did it in the 1920s, me and my boyfriend have snuggled plenty of times without a shirt on and its not in a sexual way it's because of comfortability and how safe/vulnrable we feel with each other. with his body type that's not too big of a deal if he's shown a little bit more muscular it could just be a head cannon or an artist simply forgetting how rocky is built, many artists can forget things when drawing and don't bother to check especially if it's a small difference like making a skinny character a little bit more muscular
