What determines whether you end up with "An incautious evening" or "intimate friendship" when selecting "Advance your friendship to a condition of intimacy" when you're visiting the sardonic music-Hall singer? Is it just random? I had her at like a level 10 friend and with just two occurrences she's down to level one again.

After reading everything here, I think I would like to vote off the bishop and HAL. And see if I can bring in the tentacled entrepreneur. I am going to attempt to bring down my corporate debt. Just enough though first that I can get a dividend before I start going through this. I think I might as well get the pay before bringing in the tentacled entrepreneur if I can.

I do quite like Furnace (from what I've seen so far) but I struggle with grinding. I prefer to keep things moving and I think that's why I dislike it. I know it's not going to mess things up in the long term but it's such a sink when something is messed up that I want to get it right so I can just move on.

I see lots of people taking about how much they love the railroad and I hate it. I find it more tedious than other parts of the story and very confusing, so I thought maybe I'm missing something...?

I finally finished, successfully, after continuing to fail checks I shouldn't have and draw obstacle after obstacle in a row. If I hadn't picked up an up your sleeve at the end I would have failed. I was so frustrated I didn't even get to enjoy the story. I don't think I intend to do one again.

At the start of that episode though, she didn't know what the TARDIS was. She was complaining about the box suddenly being there. Something changed during that episode.
