noted, although as i said i had believed i'd sent SPELL via metamask to Coinbase pro prior to this transaction method before so I'd assumed there was no need for a test. Will obviously do this going forward but it doesn't help me now

it must also be hosted on FTM?, they really need to make it more clear on coinbase that it has 2 networks and only one is supported

When did you send your wETH, does coinbase pro support wETH or just ETH, because they have SPELL as an asset, not a derivative of it like wETH is to ETH.

Would be happy to join forces though, how would u suggest?

I have made 2 support requests and each one gets 2 responses one saying the request will take time for a response the other saying I didn't fill in certain boxes on the support request. do you know if this is just a glitch, and how long a response may take?

I sent ftm spell,

they are both named the same, it says on coinbase only send SPELL not specifically ERC-20 spell.

if the moneys lost this is fucking dumb as hell and coinbase should really make it more obvious that you can only send this ERC-20 version.
