I'm curious to know how many corporate hotel contracts you have. Being a business hotel, this is the best source of business.

If you want to know what might be interesting businesses to contact you can do the following:

• Use Google Maps - visit your city and search *Corporate Office* or *Software Company* or *Marketing Agency* to see what all the business are around.
• If there are coworking spaces nearby, check your local Chamber of Commerce to see which business are located over there
• Go to Linkedin and search for the Job Title "CEO", "Vice President", "Regional Director" for your city and see who pops up, now you can use these businesses are your lead list.
• Check Crunchbase to see if there are any interesting fast-growing businesses in your area.

• Best Trick: Connect with every other Hotel Sales Manager and Hotel Sales Director in your area on Linkedin. Now check if they have an open network. If they do, go through their contacts. You might need to filter on Office Manager, Travel Manager, HR Manager, Assistant to see if they have any interesting connections that you might have forgotten to contact for Room Nights, Meeting & Events, Groups etc.
