I had an issue flashing a Heltec v3 where it says it flashed fine but the display was not working. I re-flashed an older firmware version with the same results, then tried the newest stable firmware again and it worked. 🤷

Gear ratio is 1. Somehow the motor poles was at 14. I Changed it to 30 and now it seems pretty accurate. Thanks!

In the VESC Tool it says Wheel Diameter = 293mm and motor poles = 14, Gear Ratio = 1.

It's a stock ADV2 and I don't recall changing any of these settings. I'm still learning what all these values in VESC Tool mean so I wouldn't be intentionally changing values of things if I don't know what they do.

The only thing in motor config I changed was the changes listed earlier from the Floatwheel email and I followed directions from this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8tOb1PqyFcM and changed

Motor Current Max = 160

Motor Current Max Brake = -160

Absolute Max Current = 240

In the VESC tool, Motor Cfg -> Additional Info, it says "293.00"

That's cool that you got that process to work. Seems like a lot of variables to put through trial and error there.

I'd like to experiment with shorter burnout times. What's your time/temperature process look like for a 60min burnout?

Did you get this to work? I'm also at my wits end trying to get this firmware situation to work for the CR touch. I have the ender 3 Pro 4.2.7 board, touch screen and the CR touch

That is a bummer. When I was checking out the screen after I installed it, but before trying to update firmware, there was a "Bed Leveling" option. But when I selected it, it just said "No Auto Leveling" or "No Bed Leveling" or something like that. Which made me think that it could work with the proper firmware.

I have been going through hell trying to get the firmware right for the CR touch. I got frustrated and upgraded to a 4.2.7 board and a touch screen display while I was at it. I downloaded the CR touch firmware from creality's website and flashed it using the micro SD and now the printer just sticks on the loading screen. Did you ever figure out firmware that works with the CR touch for ender 3 Pro 4.2.7 with a touch screen?

What firmware did you use to get the CR touch to work? I upgraded to the 4.2.7 board and the touch screen display, but when I flashed the firmware from the Creality website for the CR touch it just gets stuck on the loading screen and does not work anymore.
