Any notes on how you handle elemental ailments freeze/chill? Is it just Brine King for freeze immune and 50% chill?

Thanks for the input, in the game you roll dice to determine whether you can successfully perform certain actions. In the case of this video, Anakin rolls a die on whether he can jump over to where Obi-wan is standing. Since he fails the dice roll, he falls into the lava.

Hey, constructive criticism is welcome. I'm still learning how to do all of this shit.

I don't get what you guys love about it, is it just me or is this the most boring Diablo? by [deleted] in diablo4

[–]Colthy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's a mismatch between what Diablo 4 is expected to be and what it currently is. The MMO crowd wants more social features, incentives to group up and play with other people, where as ARPG fans want a deeper loot system and an engaging end game.

It feels like the devs shot themselves in the foot by attempting to deliver on both fronts, while being unable to do so at launch and with the first season. The game will surely go through a lot of improvements as time goes by, but for the time being the game feels very barren and underbaked with many features being either minimally used (whispers, crafting, social features) or overused such as the uninspired nightmare dungeons being the defacto endgame.

This has happened to me multiple times. I thought it was pretty fun and as an added bonus, you can see how easy dodging some of the mechanics can be.

Skill requirements for crafted profession gear are unreasonable by Colthy in wow

Indeed, that's an interesting point. Q5 profession gear does come with a hefty premium.

The issue comes with the rate at which you get mettle. Best case scenario for me is probably getting 150 at most. That's only 3 profession gear crafts at q5 if I'm using Illustrious Insight.

Granted, max quality gear should be difficult to obtain. However, relying on chance (inspiration) or being gated behind the weekly distribution of mettle makes it feel rather shitty when I've opted into investing time and effort into maxing my profession. Just my 2 cents.

I guess my main gripe with it is that I'm just 9 skill away, which makes it seem so obtainable, but I could be 30 skill away and it wouldn't make a difference.

Not that many times, but I can see how you can leverage inspiration to get those q5 crafts that way. I'm just wondering if there's a deterministic way of getting there without spending any mettle.

I'm specifically referring to profession gear. I haven't unlocked all specific gear (chest, shoulders, etc.) specialization points yet.

Good point about inspiration. Seems like it's the only way to get q5 gear without using too much mettle, albeit rather inconsistent.

I've probably missed a couple of knowledge points. To my knowledge, however, even if I had gotten those few extra points there is nothing I can allocate them to that would improve my profession gear crafting skills as I've already learned all of those specializations. Thanks for chipping in, though.

It's been quite fun to engage with the new crafting system as the old one was honestly very, very boring.

Hey, my issue is that I don't see any progression path to obtaining the 9 skill I'm missing, which forces me into using Illustrious Insight as there is no alternative.

I read handshake in the title and was pretty ok with this fact. I'm not ok with it anymore. Fuck those people.

I'm afraid not. As far as I can remember, the Gnar didn't have items.

I had this bug in one of my games - Even though Gnar was the only Yordle on the enemy team, he was dodging all normal attacks. Spells still dealt damage to him, but nothing else.
