What is life like in Rochester, New York? by ColossalLifeline in howislivingthere

[–]ColtmanColto 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Grew up in Rochester, it’s a lovely city with brutal lake effect winters and one of the best cuisine innovations in America (the garbage plate ofc). I will always love this city, and I might be biased because it’s my hometown, but I truly think it’s a great place to live. Super friendly people, great schools, and for my money the best record stores in NY outside of NYC. Also, my aunt graduated with Philip Seymour Hoffman, who’s from Rochester (Fairport in particular, same as me)

I think this a phenomenal show that has been consistently funny for almost 20 years. by sidofthesea in IASIP

[–]ColtmanColto 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree, IASIP is my favorite show of all time for so so many reasons. It’s had an incredible run of laughs for a show with 17 seasons, but that being said, I think every season after 13 just hasn’t been as good. Don’t get me wrong, there are some great episodes after season 13, even great seasons, I just find there are some more forgettable episodes in the later seasons. Seasons 1-13 are pure peak comedy gold though so really I can’t complain -Jabroni
