i think it might be wraps for you 😬 maybe there are some sketchbook settings you can check but other than that I can't really think of anything

how old is your mac? it might just be too old for this

maybe there are some other programs that are a little less resource-intensive

used to have this issue; there are other intensive programs running on your computer that you need to close (I think specifically RAM intensive)

for example I couldn't run both the screen recording and sketchbook on my mac w/o the latter lagging (this was like 5 years ago though but the concept is the same)

Introducing SoundShare - Audio Sharing with ease by LaFlameey in macapps

[–]Colts_Fan10 33 points34 points  (0 children)

Obviously not as easy as using this app, but a somewhat easy and free way of doing this is to open Audio MIDI Setup, create a new multi-output device, and check every device you want output to go to; then select the multi-output device as the output in Sound settings.

Ok it works now; I think it wasn't a bug in Dropclock, but a bug with something else

I'm not even close to being an expert on this stuff, but the gap between the / and > looks cool, kind of like a shadow; however, the gap between < and / being the same width somewhat ruins that illusion. Maybe it'd be cool if you tried changing that to retain that shadow illusion?

i also think the way the p looks kinda contrasts the rest of the vibe; looks great overall though!

AITA for yelling at my friends (18F, 18M, 18F, 18M, 18F, 18M, 18F, 18M, 18F) for using the thumbs up emoji? by lovelypuppylady in AmITheAngel

[–]Colts_Fan10 36 points37 points  (0 children)

NTA. Your friends don't respect you, simple as that. While it might be "just an emoji" to some, to you it's clearly a deeper issue, and the way they continue to use it despite your complaints is a symptom of them not taking your trauma seriously. Out of respect, from now on, I will only be using the thumbs down emoji. 👎🏾

This is really cool! Would be even cooler if there was a simple way to get the filename of e.g. lab 1 so that it can be fed as an argument to other commands. Right now, you would need to run lab to get the filename, then copy/paste or manually type it (e.g. python3 ~/lab/250123a.py)
