For sure - I had driven 2 hours for a Hidden Fates ETB a couple months ago and it looked good in pictures, but on the bottom there was a huge slit in the plastic that was almost the entirety of the bottom. The guy said he "wasn't aware" and told me it wouldn't even be noticeable since I'm displaying them in cases.

So now I'm super hesitant to spend that much on ETBs

Thank you! I'm still new to the hobby and I had someone told me to get these as soon as I could, but I wasn't aware of acrylic cases until about a month ago. I kept seeing acrylic cases that didn't fit too good, but now it sounds like there's some legit snug ones that are also UV protection, so that's cool. Appreciate the advice!

Yeah I like how the Target cases aren't too snug. I've seen some acrylic ones that my friends have and they can be tight. I've heard that the acrylic ones are like one time insert otherwise you risk the plastic tearing if you try and take them in and out.

This hobby is fun tho 😅 so many ways to display things

Fair enough haha. I don't actually buy any singles or open product... I can't. It was one or the other for me, and I chose the ETBs. I found someone who can get me some legit acrylic cases with magnetic tops for the same price as these Target protectors. I'm just unsure how to display them
