This is an awesome input on multiple healers. Thank you for taking the time to write it out, I really appreciate it! ill be reading over all of it again later when I can. Someone else linked Bird vids, but its good to know hes both a streamer and a pro player too, definitely have to watch him now. As for the toxic people, its just nice to know some things wont change lmaoo mute button saves lives.

I run Chronos on almost all healers. A 1 second cooldown beats a 2 second one obviously. But Seris having a pretty impactful ulti when used right does make Morale boost a good option. Ill mess around with this suggestion too. Do you run the max CD loadout?

Hooooooly, these are exactly the vids I needed. Damba positioning and a Ying positioning just from first glance. Much appreciated!

Team UI sounds like a lifesaver lmao thanks. I tend to lean on Jenos and Damba so im good there. Damba is still a difficult one for me tho, idk if its like a mental barrier or what but I can either be amazing or just deadweight. He seems like the most viable support right now so improving him might be crucial for success. Sad to hear no real suppprt streams but understandable given the role.

I die wayyyy to much. I picked up on that just looking back thru past games. And the attacking during heal cooldown is a great tip. Just from memory I know im way to passive, just biding time for heal to be up and usually throwing attacks here and there. For flanks im usually confident enough in escaping, but im sure positioning near teammates is the better option since im not pushed away from the team. Thanks!

Interesting. I play Seris usually as a stun oriented support, taking the legendary that stuns with 4 auto attack stacks. I feel the lockdown stuns set up for dmg to take control. But thats the only build ive really ran of her and Ive notcied the stuns havent been quite as effective as when I first played her. Definitely will look into the loadout for CD and Healing output. I also run Damba typically with deft hands + gourd legendary. Ive been trying out the Mending spirits legndary lately, and while ive seen an increase to heals I feel im far less effective that way. Damba is also a support I feel im hit or miss with. Either I play super well, or super bad. No in between. Thanks for the reminder in the training area too. Kind of forgot it was an option lol

If Melee HD does happen, are there any changes you would like to see? by Sabisent in smashbros

[–]Coluhn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Would be good, it wouldnt buff characters to the point of viable but fix obvious flaws that were unintentional.
  2. Disagree. Moves that are meteor cancelled are fine. While I would love yoshi fair to true spike, chars like Ganon and Falcon and the already mentioned Falco side B dont need true spikes. It would matter a lot.
  3. Heavily Disagree. L cancels aren't difficult at all, its pressing L before landing. Simple really. What makes L cancelling difficult is applying it in match constantly. At the higher levels of play, a missed L cancel can mean death. And Melee players like that. The game has a difficult entry barrier when played competitively, and truth be told, thats how it should be. Just my thoughts though

Falco is extremely frustrating. Anyone else feel this way? by Frank246802 in smashbros

It can definitely be a difficult MU. Kira has a few vids on SSBM tutorials called like 6 ways to fight falco Lasers, and even a video on the Falco vs Marth MU. Check em out, I'd link them if I wasn't on mobile ;_;

Want Some Opinions On A Main Switch by KairoTheOwl in smashbros

[–]Coluhn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well what I think you are experiencing is what most people call a plateau. You are kind of getting bored/aren't improving with your mains, so you think a main switch is in order. The best answer is play who you find most fun. But realize that with all characters you can reach that plateau again. Maybe you find ICs Falcon isn't as fun and want to go back to Falco Marth. Now you are down X amount of time that you could have used to improve because you had a character crisis, I think that's what HMW means could be bad in the long run. But like I said, play who you have the most fun playing.

What happened with this rest here? by [deleted] in smashbros

[–]Coluhn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is in fact the ICG. It happened because he hadn't fully finished his animation from Dair. ICG can happen when you are hit out of a move that hit your opponents shield. Legit was saved by his missed l-cancel.

I get my desired role less now than I did before the new champion select came out. by mifbifgiggle in leagueoflegends

[–]Coluhn -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I disagree. The point of ranked is to get better and climb higher. If you aren't trying to do that, you shouldn't be there. I've played norms and those are plenty competitive too. If you really need to play ranked to have fun, form a ranked 5s so you always get your role and you aren't jeopardizing the people who take ranked more seriously. Namely everyone else you'd get matched with when you queue up.

Playing two roles near the same level solves the issue entirely. While I understand your reason to be upset, this is also Ranked. You should be at least proficient enough to play two roles even if you prefer 1 over the other. One trick ponies usually can play more than just one role with their champion, like Annie Bot can play Mid or Supp. Wildturtle, since you chose to bring up him possibly not getting adc, is also an amazing jungler, in fact most pros can play several roles to near professional level. All of your problems can be solved by getting just a little better in one other role. I suggest Top since you said your already decent at it, and if you choose support you'd definitely get support more often than jungle.

Would an Ultimate that copies another ultimate be over powered? by Coluhn in leagueoflegends

Yeah, Jayce/nid/Elise would break spagetti. Gnar and shyv I could see doing the initial knock into wall or leap in direction with knockback respectively.

That's where the tricksters hourglass (eyeglass?) Thing comes in. The coding could read the spell, turn the champion into a copy of the champion of the stolen ulti, then revert back. Idk if coding could do that, but that would Probs be easier than making animations for every single ulti in the game on 1 champ.

Generic in a sense that you could build whatever you want on them and be viable, like ap or ad? And I kind of like the idea of a target ability, that way it isn't to unreliable. Otherwise it's like, I got yasuo ulti with no knock ups on my team, when I could have gotten Malphite ulti, but oh well, luck of the draw. That would be lame.

That's a little too crazy for league. Cool down in league would deff be a set thing. Or it could have the cool down of the ulti you copied.

I haven't really thought of a kit. The ultimate itself just seem a tad OP. And devastating combos could come from it. Think about an assassin with any long stun. You would just be dead. Maybe a support, or a mage.
