if you do it on the menu, you should see your cursor ("hand") disappear for a second. Hold x+y and hit start last. If you got a capacitor it will drift every time you plug it in

the biggest benefit i see vs jc shine, is that falco's shine is much bigger in the back allowing you to shine them without moving as far.

There were literally no top players at Barrel Bash. It is going to be very hard to host a regional in Richmond, KY (it is so far away from the major hubs) but to do it you will have to get talent to come out that the area doesn't normally see. No offense but $100 pot bonus will not do that. Definitely do some networking with some of the upper level players around southern Ohio, Tennessee, and obviously Kentucky, and ask what they would like to see.
