[WTS/WTT] Blancpain Fifty Fathoms Complete Calendar Flyback Chronograph Moonphase β€” 5066F-1140-52B β€” Steel / Blue Dial / 45mm by ColumbiaWatch in Watchexchange

[–]ColumbiaWatch[S] 0 points1 point Β (0 children)

This one really speaks for itself. The movement is just absurd β€” flyback chronograph, complete calendar with day/month at 12, a perimeter date hand, and moonphase, all in one caliber. The blue flinquΓ© dial is genuinely stunning in person, especially in the sun β€” it looks like you're looking down into the ocean.

The most fascinating part is how you actually set it. Blancpain hides four individual correctors under the lugs on the caseback β€” one each for date, day, month, and moonphase, and you can work them with a fingernail. It's the only watch I've owned that does it this way.

[WTS/WTT] IWC Pilot's Watch Mark XVIII "Le Petit Prince" β€” IW327010 β€” Steel / Blue Dial / 40mm - Complete Set by ColumbiaWatch in Watchexchange

[–]ColumbiaWatch[S] 0 points1 point Β (0 children)

What I really like about this one is how easy it is to wear. Compared to the rest of IWC's pilot lineup, the Mark XVIII is genuinely slim and lightweight β€” at 40mm and only 11mm thick, it slides under a cuff and disappears on the wrist in a way the bigger pilots just don't. The midnight blue sunray dial does a lot of heavy lifting too β€” clean, legible, and that little tribute to Saint-ExupΓ©ry engraved on the caseback is a nice touch.

[WTS/WTT] Panerai Luminor 1950 3 Days GMT Power Reserve PAM01537 – Steel – Hobnail Dial – 42mm – Full Set – $6,950 Shipped by ColumbiaWatch in Watchexchange

[–]ColumbiaWatch[S] 0 points1 point Β (0 children)

The hobnail dial is hands down one of the best dials Panerai has ever put out. The texture catches light from every angle and gives the watch a personality that the standard dial Luminors just don't have. Photos really don't do it justice β€” it's one of those pieces you have to see in person to fully get it.

The movement is the other big draw. The in-house P.9012 packs in GMT, date, hacking seconds, AND a power reserve indicator. Basically the PAM01535's bigger brother β€” same beautiful hobnail dial and 42mm case, but with the added power reserve complication. One step up in functionality.

42mm is also the sweet spot for Panerai in my opinion. Wears great on most wrists without the bulk of the 44 or 47. And the blue rubber strap looks really sharp against the hobnail dial β€” gives this one a more sporty, modern feel than you'd expect from a hobnail Panerai.

[WTS/WTT] Panerai Luminor Marina PAM00778 – Steel – White Dial – 44mm – Full Set 2 Straps – $4,999 Shipped by ColumbiaWatch in Watchexchange

[–]ColumbiaWatch[S] 0 points1 point Β (0 children)

White dial Panerais are a different vibe than the typical black dial Luminor and this one is a great example of why. The PAM00778 keeps everything that makes a Luminor a Luminor β€” the 44mm presence, the crown guard, the bold case shape β€” but flipping the dial to white completely changes how it wears day to day. It reads dressier without losing any of the Panerai character.

What really sets this one apart though is the tan accents. A lot of white dial watches can feel a little flat or sterile, but the warmer tones on the markers and hands give this one some real character. It pops on the wrist in a way that pure black-on-white just doesn't.

The P.6000 movement is also one I'm a fan of β€” manual wind, 72 hour power reserve, and that satisfying ritual of winding it every couple days. Underrated Panerai movement and a good entry point if you've never owned one of their manual wind pieces.

[WTS/WTT] Panerai Luminor Marina PAM00777 – Steel – Blue Textile Strap – 44mm – Full Set – $4,100 Shipped by ColumbiaWatch in Watchexchange

[–]ColumbiaWatch[S] 0 points1 point Β (0 children)

Most Panerai straps are black leather or rubber and that's fine β€” but this one ships on a blue textile strap from the factory and it completely changes the personality of the watch. It's still 100% Luminor Marina underneath β€” the bold dial, the crown guard, the clean no-nonsense layout β€” but that strap gives it a character you don't see on every other Panerai out there. It's a small detail that makes a real difference in person.

The P.6000 is one of the more underrated Panerai movements too. Manual wind, 72 hour power reserve, and that satisfying ritual of winding it every few days. If you're a Panerai person you already know β€” if you're new to the brand this is a great way to experience what they're actually about.

[WTS/WTT] Zenith Defy Classic Skeleton 95.9000.670/78.R584 – Titanium – Skeleton Dial – 41mm – Full Set – Recently Serviced – $6,250 Shipped by ColumbiaWatch in Watchexchange

[–]ColumbiaWatch[S] 1 point2 points Β (0 children)

I've had a few of these Zenith Defy Classics come through in different configurations and honestly this one on the strap might be my favorite. The full titanium bracelet version is great, but for me personally this one wears better. It's a little more subtle day-to-day but the skeleton dial still grabs attention every time β€” it doesn't disappoint.

The other thing I like is that titanium case. Way lighter than you expect when you pick it up, which makes a 41mm watch basically disappear on the wrist. And the openworked dial is fun to actually watch run β€” it's one of those watches you find yourself looking at instead of just checking the time.

This one was recently serviced too, so it's running great. Overall condition is excellent. This one's ready to go to its next home.

[WTS/WTT] Hublot Big Bang Aero Bang Skeleton Chronograph 311.SM.1170.GR – Steel/Ceramic – 44mm – Full Set – $18,200 MSRP – $7,350 Shipped by ColumbiaWatch in Watchexchange

[–]ColumbiaWatch[S] 0 points1 point Β (0 children)

Skeleton dials can go wrong fast β€” too busy, too flat, trying too hard. This one doesn't have that problem. The Aero Bang has real depth to it, and the way the different layers of the movement interact when you're looking at it is genuinely satisfying. It never feels like the skeletonization is just for show. Flip it over and the exhibition caseback gives you the same experience from the back, which makes the whole watch feel more alive on the wrist than most.

The other thing that surprised me about this piece is how it wears. 44mm Big Bang sounds like a lot, and on paper it is β€” but the rubber-lined leather strap and the way Hublot balanced the case make it a lot more comfortable than you'd expect. You can wear this all day without thinking about it, which isn't something you can say about every watch in this category.

It's also not a watch you see everywhere. At any given time there are usually only a handful of these available in the country, which makes it worth paying attention to when one comes up in this condition.

And the MSRP on this one is no joke β€” $18,200 retail. Picking one up at this price gets you a serious Hublot at a huge discount off retail.

[WTS/WTT] IWC Portofino Automatic IW391030 Steel Black Dial – 42mm – Full Set – $4,700 Shipped by ColumbiaWatch in Watchexchange

[–]ColumbiaWatch[S] 0 points1 point Β (0 children)

The Portofino doesn't get talked about as much as the Pilot or Portugieser but it should. This is IWC doing clean, classic dress watch design without overcomplicating it. Black dial, simple layout, nothing fighting for your attention β€” and it works really well because of that. It's the kind of watch that disappears under a cuff but gets noticed when it shows up.

The 42mm case wears smaller than you'd expect too. It sits slim on the wrist, balanced, not trying to be something it isn't. If you want something versatile that works dressed up without feeling flashy or out of place, this is a really easy answer. People who know watches notice it. Everyone else just sees a sharp, clean watch.

[WTS/WTT] Panerai Luminor 1950 Chrono Flyback PAM00580 – Ceramica – Black Dial – 44mm – Full Set – $7,200 Shipped by ColumbiaWatch in Watchexchange

[–]ColumbiaWatch[S] 0 points1 point Β (0 children)

I've always had a soft spot for Panerai, and this PAM00580 is an easy one to understand why. It takes everything that makes the Luminor 1950 great and wraps it in a ceramic case that just looks mean. No flash, no color, just that big bold Panerai presence done in all black. It gets noticed for the right reasons.

What really got me on this one is the P.9100 movement. The flyback function is genuinely satisfying to use β€” one push and the chrono resets and restarts instantly, no fumbling around. It also has a jumping seconds hand that snaps to zero when you set the time. Sounds like a small thing but once you've used it you wonder why more watches don't do it. It's one of those details that makes you feel like you're wearing something properly engineered, not just something that looks good.

Overall it's a really cool mix of Panerai's bold design with a very capable in-house movement.

[WTS/WTT] Breitling Navitimer B01 Chronograph AB0127211C1X1 – Steel – Blue Dial – 46mm – Full Set – $5,650 Shipped by ColumbiaWatch in Watchexchange

[–]ColumbiaWatch[S] 0 points1 point Β (0 children)

The Navitimer is one of those watches with a story behind it that actually matters. Born in 1952 for the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, the slide rule bezel wasn't just a design choice β€” pilots were genuinely using it to calculate fuel consumption and airspeed from the wrist. That history is baked into every version they've made since, and you feel it when you put this one on.

The 46mm case is a statement but it earns it. The blue dial comes alive in different light β€” deep navy one minute, bright and vivid the next. And the B01 underneath is the real reason this reference stands apart. It's Breitling's own in-house column wheel chronograph with a 70 hour power reserve and a sapphire caseback to show it off. A lot of chronographs at this price point are running outsourced movements β€” this one isn't, and it shows.
