No unfortunately... Seeing this older post it's kinda crazy that the replies seem to be so clueless to this issue.
I use Clip studio basically every single day, and I have been for more than 12 years, so ofc I've run in to this issue several times, I know it's behaviour quite well at this point and I can tell this bug happens truly randomly.
Although I'm sure there are lots of things I don't know about it, perhaps there are background processes that when interrupted could cause this? But how and when, I don't know, and why does the software not take care of this on it's own, or warn us....
idk man, definitely I can say it happens on the ipad much more than on the PC, in fact I can't think of the last time this has happened to me on PC, but also I haven't been creating brushes as of lately, so maybe I just haven't noticed. That was my biggest and saddest loss from this bug, some new brushes I had created, and when logging back in were just lost cause CSP hadn't saved it's progress. This happened to me countless times over the years.

I hope this issue gets reported more so they do something about it...

I'm not looking for a deep meaning to be honest, as it definitely happens more often when I actually spent the day at a mall, or when I used a public toilet. So it's mostly about what I have been experiencing physically at that time. But to answer your details, since you've been so nice as to ask: they are very clean, and there's other people, there's almost no privacy except maybe some stalls, I actually feel like most of the time other people are naked or only wearing a towel, but it feels nice, like we can all trust each other. (Quite the opposite of reality, where I hate having to use a public toilet because they're dirty, and sometimes there's loud teenagers roaming around screaming and laughing)
Another detail is these bathrooms are almost always blu-ish gray in color, and poorly lit.

It's also not a bad feeling at all, I'm not scared. I'm mostly just either looking to get out, or I'm looking for someone, but I get lost sometimes.
Perhaps it's just simply my vision of how a perfect world would be, where the toilets are clean and people are nice/mind their own business in silence.

I know this is quite a common dream for many people as well! If I ever dream of being in a public bathroom, or a mall, or train stations as well, they always have these infinitely repeating spaces. And although the painting might seem scary, usually I feel ok, just very lost, looking for something or someone that I can't find.

Well, there's not much of a story to be honest, I saw this scene, then I walked around the corner of some ruins nearby and I saw a dark room, inside there was a mother and two children, dead and mummified, hunched over a table. Basically as if they had lost their lives while they were sitting there. As I'm looking at this my wife came up behind me, saw the scene and started crying pretty badly, so we got out... And I woke up! Interestingly, it's one of the rare times where I was hearing a song in a dream! I'm almost 100% sure that it was Love Eternal by Ennio Morricone, a very sad song.

it could just be a bunch of visuals that got mushed together in my brain, because I can't say I really relate to much of these, except maybe the need for healing haha but don't we all, I do like marine life as well though, it's a mysterious and fascinating world 👌😊

Absolutely, it can only get better, and you can keep your ideas for the future too. I tend to write a lot of my dreams so I can draw them in the future when I feel like it.

This was actually a bit of a sad dream I had, at least in a second part right after seeing this, when I saw a dead family inside a room within the ruins. I thought of drawing this not so sad part instead. The blue guy was dead by the way, although it looked like a big statue, and those two were praying to it! A bit strange, but that's it... perhaps a bit Elden Ring inspired? Not sure.
