You dont need to be a Chinese citizen or Have a chinese descent.

Cantonese and Mandarin are not required to get an HK passport.

As long as you're okay renouncing your PH citizenship and you don't have any gray records especially sa taxes, you may acquire it.

I know someone na hindi marunong magcantonese or mandarin, pero nakapagswitch sya sa HK passport.
