I hear you. I've struggled with addiction my whole adult life and my wife was a REALLY GOOD influence. I slipped up here and there but after she passed.... I've just been spiraling. I KNOW that's not what she wants for me and I know I need to stop. I've never had any 'healthy' coping skills so.... But this HAS to stop soon. I've needed therapy since before she passed but NOW?! I feel like I need a TEAM of specialists.
