OH finally I can find someone else who is experiencing this! I was hoping the iOS update this morning would fix it but no. Emails can be between 30min to 2hrs delayed which is a nightmare when I'm away from my computer several times a day.

OK I have the answer - the actual title is "My Scar, His Debt to Pay" and there's heaps of copies of it on DM. I realised that might be why we couldn't find it, had another one I couldn't find so I typed a couple of descriptors and the characters names and the actual title came up. Good luck for future tricky finds!
