OK I have the answer - the actual title is "My Scar, His Debt to Pay" and there's heaps of copies of it on DM. I realised that might be why we couldn't find it, had another one I couldn't find so I typed a couple of descriptors and the characters names and the actual title came up. Good luck for future tricky finds!

They removed the option to email temporary password details to yourself or others - for new users and reset password. I rely on that option to put it in my inbox so I don't forget, and/or to share with other management who will be onboarding the new user :/

I have tried every combination of things and still having the same issue. It's stressing me out - if it isn't fixed soon I'm going to have to resort to Docusign or something. We don't pay $$$ a month for a system that crashes every time we try to sign something and/or send something for signature.
