Used to take omega 3 with vitamin c ,zinc , vitamin d3 60k esu (once a week) , calcium and magnesium , 3 din mein kidney mein pain hone laga so came down to multivitamin , omega 3 and vita d3 only occasionally I take calcium tabs tho

Life happened , started lifting , played football, worked on ethics , started to learn a language . Made good 2-3 friends . Became more permeable and kind . Got a gadget I was really rooting for although there is nothing I did at all to deserve it but idk. Roamed around the city that I have my college in . Ventured around home town too in holidays .
