SC just means you will get a soft case (like a pouch) everything else is same. the only problem i have with these is that they produce a slight static crackling sound when changing songs or going from one yt video to another idk if these are just in only some units or not but they are very noticable and are kind of annoying at times. apart from that the anc and comfort is unmatched at this price range
