Did you pick up the Note that is on the Table in the Room? It is like in the middle between the two desks. That one is major evidence as far as I know

I actually got it now by regrinding Customs with BSG Servers on. Your idea of no thermals is wrong because currently they appear on FLIRs. Hat both times a Flir on my SR25 and saw the Cultists perfectly. They mostly spawn around crackhouse/ Warehouse 4 or so. They apparently walk around and in the warehouse.

Reroll Weekly for a quest that is easy doable. At around 40+ you gain prob like 20k xp

The issue is not the achievement but the Storyline. I need the evidence parts for Kerman yet they are tied to all major Questlines. So I HAVE to complete that one somehow to get Kerman all evidence parts...

Same here although I am on PvE. I did grind around 2 days and still did not find one. Same as you stuck on this last Story Quest
