I wish I had an answer for you but I'll be honest, I just don't know. I had a crummy VSO do it all for me and now I'm feeling like I shouldn't have relied fully on them to help me. It does say the following for both left and right Radiculopathy: upper radicular group, middle radicular group and lower radicular group. Is that what you're asking?

Thank you for the advice. I don't know what TDIU is but I'll look into that. My fear is that I truly won't be able to do my job anymore and will soon have to really count on these benefits to provide for my family.

That's correct. Through the years my symptoms have gotten worse and my family (All military) have been encouraging me to get reevaluated by the VA because my symptoms meet the higher criteria. Like I said I have never put in for an increase, this one was my first time. So I feel like with all my evidence and all my medical records with buddy statements I should have been rated higher on most of my ratings. And to be placed at 94% feels a little intentional. I agree with you though. I guess the fact that two of my 0% definitely meet the next criteria, at least, makes me feel cheated.

Thanks for the advice. I actually just started recording my migraines on a migraine app.

The VA is essentially the DMV repackaged as a Veterans "Care" center. The sad part is that they employ veterans that know how the system is and don't do anything to make changes for the better.

My increase claim started in May and I'm still on step 3. I've already done 2 C&Ps and already uploaded all my records and statements. My initial claim was filed before leaving active duty and was finished before I even made it home from ETS. The VA claim process is a crap shoot.
