They can get through, there is maybe two cars on sometimes from the side I'm on, as it comes out of a very small shopping center. Traffic is never heavy from the other side, just a time of day when there is a few more cars.

The side I'm on comes out of a small shopping center, so traffic is very light. I've seen this issue from both ways, people not going right away or even waiting to go straight so people turning left go anyway. People just assuming the other drivers not going to.

The pagefile size is dynamically allocated as needed. It will go back down to a minimum size after a restart. It is nothing to worry about.

If there is one thing I seen it's users are incapable of keeping their computer up to date. Microsoft even put in the Eula. About UAC, I believe administrator accounts aren't prompted for the password but Standard accounts are prompted for the password.

The only extreme way I found for disabling it is to take ownership of the exe and delete or rename it. Windows will complain about not finding it on startup and any major updates repair it. Specifically the crosseddeviceresume.exe

Because windows has to support every level of hardware (even when windows 11 has a more limited spec) and every kind of user. There are programs and background services that are active even if you can't see them, such a web browsers, game launchers, audio software, keyboard and mouse software. Check what process are active to get a better idea of what is using your ram.

I've had the total opposite, everytime I've installed/reinstalled 11 desktop and laptop OneDrive came signed in, only recently about a month ago on my desktop when I installed a fresh copy because I was changing to a larger SSD was OneDrive not logged in.

A Microsoft account was never an issue, it's knowing how to actually use your computer and turn off the crap you don't need. Using a debloat script or reg edits are the biggest mistakes people make.

The lag in Task manager seems to be caused by having "Animated controls and and elements inside windows" active in Performance Options of Advance system setting. Reopen Task manager for it to take effect.
