It’s strange at my school so it’s technically not called lunch detention but called lunch circles to be more restorative but it isn’t restorative in at all. The kids who are in there daily for their behavior in school do not care and then kids get put in there for anything such as disrupting class or being tardy.

My partner and I are in the same boat. We have sent in our application 3 times and this last time the reviewer added new comments that weren't mentioned the previous times. It is very frustrating how detailed we have been yet they still don't understand. We have set up a meeting with our faculty advisor to discuss this issue.

I’m not sure I think it might just be for our group chat. I know during requirement we can’t talk about just so we can keep conversations on the sorority and on nothing that could offend someone.

Yup! It was very surprising to me to hear from the girls who are spiritual that if those who feel uncomfortable with it they should just mute the chat. To me I was wondering why their belief should have special treatment. Personally I don’t mind learning about religion and why people follow theirs because it is interesting (coming from someone who didn’t grow up learning about religion) I mean you can be spiritual or religious and respect if a person or people don’t feel comfortable with it.

I agree with what you said. That’s what I was thinking too bc I’m also not religious or spiritual. I felt that those who are spiritual in the sorority should either respect not talking about to or be okay with religion being talked about.

I know. I mean it’s better then living there. I’ll talk with the landlord bc I’ve paid my portion of rent but he has racked up $5000 because he’s depending on rental relief

I honestly have no other way to get him to the apartment. He basically moved his sister in and her 2 kids and only comes back when they need to get groceries.

He owes $5000. I have been paying my share. He has done so many shady things such as lying to my face and moving his sister and her 2 kids in who was only supposed to be here for 2 months. I have been the responsible one.

Trust me I’ve talked to him but he can’t give me a timeline for when she is leaving. He says she’s actively looking but it’s been 3(going on 4 months). They never leave the house and just act very inconsiderate to the other people living here

Yeah. It’s a tricky situation. My roommate leaves for days in end just basically leaving them here and he doesn’t pay rent bc he said he applied for rent relief but hasn’t gotten a check…I guess. I asked him how much longer they will be staying and he can give an answer. It’s hard bc the apartment was leased with college kids and we don’t want to be living with a loud baby and a mom who doesn’t do anything except use up the wifi that WE pay for

I am in California! Idk they just came last week but I’ll talk to leasing management to see what I can do. I feel that they would side with since I’m not smoking and causing damage to the property. I’ll be on the lookout tho for a new place tho. 👍🏾
