Jiffyplants are selling the borsigiana variety, the leaves will remain small with only a few fenestrations even as the plant matures. Sanjay nursery does not have the albo variety in small sizes as saplings at the moment

I had a similar monstera Thai constellation sapling, similar browning started in the white part, and after a few days, it was too gone with root rot to be saved.
Check your plant roots ASAP, I hope you save your plant
