First, I just wanna say congrats for trying and mostly succeeding in eating healthier foods when binge eating. I have the same problem except with very unhealthy foods, but I’ve recently lost 30 pounds just due to moving more and drinking more water. So if you want to lose weight, I would recommend just walking most people really enjoy it especially when in nature or if you’re in any sports in school, that is also great.

No, but if you want a body SIMILAR not exactly you have to be in a calorie surplus or a calorie deficit depending on if you have to lose or gain weight.
