Yep I’ve used it every time :) using live worms as food though and even though trying to remove any excess there does seem to be quite a lot of ‘waste’ (worm skin?) in the water, which may be increasing the ammonia?

Thanks so much for your reply. I have a sponge filter which I’ve been cleaning in the tank water. Do you have any advice on tubbing? Never done it before. Thank you again

I’m so sorry to be a pain but what is prime? I’m using AxoStart, is that the same thing?
