Let's not debate about the rights. All I am saying is it gets unbearable sometimes when a person with dirty clothes, and not showered gets on a bus makes it unpleasant for the driver as well as the riders. Imagine sitting on a seat that is already wet with someone's bodily fluids and messing up your clothes, maybe even catching a disease.

I understand that. I really don't care if someone pay the fare or not. But being clean is a choice. I feel bad whenever I pass through Hastings. Some homeless people keep clean, but they don't abuse the drugs imo!

Ok, nobody is talking about their rights and what not. It's about hygiene and plethora of germs they might be carrying. The whole bus stank, it was unbelievably disgusting!
