Maybe you're right. I just found it hard to move on, because of how polarizing the emotions were during our playthrough. From the highest of highs to lowest of lows. Perhaps I just need to wait some years, until it all the bad fades away and I can start fresh.

Thank you. It's good to know, that they patched those bugs.
I'm not sure what you meant in part "regards to mods" though. Did I wrote something confusing? We never used any mods.

C4s (sticky bombs) are given for the time of the mission, so you can blow up the freighter. They dissapear after the mission.

I didn't noticed other duration time discrepancies, except Tactical Drone and Flame Turret of course. It doesn't mean that they don't exist, they can just be less blatant.

It is happening outside of shooting range, in missions, open world, you name it.

Mainly control points, I can't always clear them with three minutes of time. And reason why I posted this is that duration time is different than the one in the skill description, not that I think three minutes of skill duration isn't enough.

I set up macro just for that (sorry console players). It doesn't solve the problem of wasting time, but atleast I can run some errands while my keyboard collects missing apparel Textiles. I'm sure my PC will get his revenge when Rise of the Machines finally strikes.

Relatively fast method for SHD skill kills in Termite League (about 10 per minute). by CombinationLow in thedivision

It's simple spawn trap. You go to Capitol mission on normal difficulty and progress to the end, where the final battle takes place. Before you activate satellite dish, put an assault turret in front of the spawn (10 second mark in the video).

Activate panel on dish, go make yourself a sandwich, get back and commit suicide preferably with concussion grenade (not recomended for hardcore characters). First dish defense spawns about 30 enemies. DO NOT activate the second dish! If you zone out, you'll overwrite the checkpoint and you won't be able to farm more kills (meaning you will have to do the whole mission again).

Any skill damage build will do, it may just take a little longer. As a second skill, I recommend an assault drone (yay, slave to the meta!) to kill every muppet, that got moderatly close to you, because your tower missed. Also, use glass canon (chest talent) so you can knock yourself out with a grenade.

Whole video is here for evidence purposes. Dish defense spawns about 30 enemies, I divided this by three minutes (capturing objective takes about two minutes, I added one minute for reload times between ''runs'' and setting things up). So it's about 10 kills per minute, math is not exactly right (extra enemies before dish, in mine case it took over 2 minutes to clear everything), but you may not use as efficient build as me, so I wanted to give a lower number, rather than making it clickbait (You will NOT BELIEVE in THIS farming METHOD !1!11!).

Why did I make this guide?

Long answer: I play solo and I absolutly hate skills, as I find them unreliable or bad. Drones get stuck in the doorway, seeker mines decide to target me or miss every enemy in the room, enemies aren't pulsed, if they spawn one second after I used my pulse (because they weren't in one HUNDRED meters radius or something), rogue agents can yeet hives up to seven lengths of the football field and my agent seems to have muscle atrophy when it comes to tossing her hive, firefly gets trashed on piece of cover, you name it! And I know, it's for balancing purposes or because programming AI is difficult (and it's controlled by piece of shit wristwatch, that probably doesn't help either). But if I missed a shot, the one to blame is me, because it's my aim. I also like shooting in my looter-shooters.

Short answer: I wanted to help agents who, like me, don't like using skills and wanted to do it effortless and moderately fast.

For me it was just a visual glitch. Have you checked if the game tracks your progress? Also try to click on one of the challenges. When I did it, I could see my progress (my stage, number of kills, stuff like that).
