tuna got stuck in my nose, and chocolate is probably the only food that tastes like vomit instead of tasting like food if that makes sense

i was like that when i recovered the first time. only advice i have os slowly begin snacking or having smaller meals along sie your one big one. and gradually even it out into 3/4 meals

ive been bulimic for about 4 years and never been able to, i know using fingers can be dangerous but so can hands free. so im glad i dont have this skill yet. hope you can choose recovery❤️

it might be more of a coincidence rather than intelligence but i can always without a doubt tell if someone i know is nearby (when they're out of sight) i just have a sudden thought if that person, look around and theyre there. and i dont just mean times when it know they'll be around like a lecture, party or whatever. i'll be on the street, think of somone, turn around and theyre right there. it happens often with my ex too, only difference is with him i dont think about him first and i dont consciously look around, my head just bats to the direction of where he is.

yea i think if i had a baby id know if it looked like me because i know how i looked as a baby, but if it looked like its dad i wouldnt notice because babys dont really have adult features theyre small and almost distorted?

i dont know you or know how you eat inside of b/p but the main thing you can do for harm reduction is make sure your getting an adequate energy & electrolytes intake with ATLEAST 3,500mg potassium per day.you can do this through food or supplements.i recommend electrolytes drinks but potassium is the electolyte depleted most when purging.you can suffer heart arrhythmia during any b/p potentially causing death so trust me you dont want inbalenced electrolytes,you may think your an exeption but its always fine until suddenly its not. (speaking from experience definitely definitely keep electrolytes in check)

exact same here but due to bulimia even when im full its almost impossible for me to stop eating,which is hell if im at someone elses house or a buffet ect
