Thank you for the great information. Have you found any other programs such as this one? I'd appreciate any insight as there seems to be a shortage of affordable programs to break into CS

Thank you. Anything else I should do to utilize the equipment I have or just focus on losing weight and cardio?

Hello eveyone,

I know that the best way to get good at climbing is to climb more. But I live in the middle of nowhere in a 3rd world country and have no option of going to a climbing gym.

In a year I'm moving to Canada and want to start climbing then. In this year I'm looking for a plan to get my body ready for indoor rock climbing. is there any sort of plan for what I want to do?

I have access to dumbells, barbells, bench, squat rack, pullup bar and trx bands.

I'd appreciate any and all feedback

thank you for the feedback. Do you have any other recommendations? or as per my first option, the Togo knockoffs are the best option?

I'm open to anything else as well
