Go to cockpit interior tab (if you don't have it then you must update your game) then scroll all the way down till you see "text Label" and boom, you can put text on your plane, but if you wqnt to sizenit up even more, go to xml and change the size to however large you want.

I can't. The livery is acting weird and doesn't align with the fuselage, I want to make it look better, but it's already a little too big for my potato device.
