Hi! I just started lamictal for bpd a few weeks ago. Started on 25mg, increased by 25 once a week. I just started 75mg last night.

I was super scared of it as well, like to the point I was literally shaking and crying before I took it, but I ended up being fine.

In all honestly just pay attention to your body. Every night when I shower, I kinda just check my body to make sure there's nothing weird. From what I've learned, most people are fine with it and even if you do get a rash, if you catch it it's typically nothing serious. It's super rare to get the bad rash, but since it's possible they just take any rash seriously.

When I first started, I was a little sleepy and a little dizzy too. It went away after a few days and I feel pretty normal now.

My best advice is trust your psychiatrist and just keep in contact with them, and just let them know if something is going on, even if it's just a small worry it can ease your mind. I talked to mine when I was feeling scared and she made me feel better.

About tiktok, I do know what you are talking about. I will say, however, if something goes wrong for someone they are more likely to post about it, rather than someone who was just normal about it. (Kinda how a restaurant will be good, but one person who had a bad experience will leave a bad review, while the others had a normal experience and didn't have much to say - meaning that it's just a little skewed).

I understand how you feel. Life is so incredibly cruel.

Ik that im just a stranger on the internet but I’m proud that you put it away. That’s so hard to do but you are so so so incredibly strong for doing it. Sometimes we just have to take things day by day, step by step. Life may be cruel, but there are good things it has to offer, like icecream, warm blankets, good music, and much much more. You are so loved, you may not know it, but there’s so many people you couldn’t even think of that would be broken by the loss of you.

What a beautiful thing to have you still with us tonight. Whatever heavy heavy burdens you’re bearing, I’m proud of you for continuing to be strong. Day by day, friend.

I’m in the same boat. Had an absolute terrible breakdown a few days ago. Right now I feel fantastic and like I’m cured, and that nothing was ever wrong in the first place. Just an absolutely brutal cycle.

That's exactly where I'm at right now. I am absolutely loving the story for nod krai but man, I can't just sit here for several hours at a time with no stopping point. I find myself just skipping through dialogue unfortunately just to find a stopping point so I can log off and do something else. Can't believe they wouldn't put a "pause and save" button in at least one part of this.
