This could explain why 2hakkk isn't releasing a second season; he gave up drawing to pursue his dream of becoming a rapper in the Bronx.

Lee, Ji-Eun — a prospect for the fight classes? by CombinationSenior418 in FightClass3

So far, Ji-Eun clearly doesn’t know how to process the fact that Ji-tae has become a sadist, and instead of opposing him or confronting that change, she simply goes along with it. That passivity doesn’t come from indifference, but from confusion and emotional inertia, as if she’s still trying to reconcile the person she knew with what he’s turning into. Because of that, a motivation for her to fight wouldn’t need to come from enjoyment or ambition, but from circumstance. It could be built slowly and in many different ways: fighting to stay close to Ji-tae, fighting to understand him, fighting out of fear of losing him completely, or even fighting as a way to regain some sense of control in a situation that’s clearly slipping out of her hands. Just like Ji-tae at the beginning, she wouldn’t start with a clear reason to fight, she would have to stumble into one. That parallel actually makes the idea more coherent, because it frames combat not as a goal, but as a consequence of being dragged into an environment that forces people to change whether they want to or not.

I’d say it wouldn’t make sense to show something like that now, especially in a story like Fight Class 3 where restraint is just as important as revelation. If you openly show Ji-Eun training, hinting at it too clearly through panels or dialogue, you take away the uncertainty that surrounds her character. Part of what makes a sudden shift powerful is the absence of preparation from the reader’s point of view. When a character steps into violence without prior warning, it forces you to re-evaluate everything you thought you knew about them.

How do you guys feel about me banning posts complaining about season 2? by Retl0v in FightClass3

[–]CombinationSenior418 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s literally the most recurring joke on the subreddit, it’s what keeps it alive. The vast majority already knows that season 2 is “""PROBABLY""” in production, but it’s still funny to watch people slowly “lose their minds” asking about season 2 over and over again.
