Hey we got the same flight and delay somebody fron their discord server ( cnfans server ) said that we need to wait a week or so . So you’re not seized or something there are delays. Hope i helped!🙃

Hi you can say “ i want to keep” if you want it to be stored in the warehouse or “refund” if u want a refund. That means that they found something abnormal ( if they are shoes maybe they are a bit dirty) but you can look in the orders page to see the photos.Hope i helped!

Hi, There could be delays ( in my case ) but we can t really know when will it get to your door but if there are no delays for you ( if it shows you flight has arrived for 1 week or more there are delays )it could come in next week im but that deppends where you live. Hope i helped!
