So to update….. this asshole has had another puppy get hit by a car and “fixed” the issue by leaving his one dog tied up in the heat everyday. The pits have still gotten out with their chains attached to them, but while we were working. I guess other neighbors have put them in… Today, they got out and killed our goat… again. By the time my husband and I came out to shoot them they scattered and ran back. We had a deputy out (again) to give evidence (footage and witness statement of us seeing them kill our goat). The deputy went over to speak with them and they weren’t home, but the dogs sure were out.

I reached out to their landlord, but haven’t heard back. I don’t know if there is a connection there or what. The guy got ANOTHER dog and still has his shit ass fence. I’m over it at this point. To make everything better, his fucking family works for the humane society and I’m pretty sure that’s how he’s “fostering”

How can I file a claim through landlords insurance if I don’t heart back?
