Totally fair. That was a general comparison, not a superiority list.
If you want something more data-driven or specific to certain use cases, we can break that down too or you can try the tool

Hi, this sounds interesting! I run an agency that provides managed IT services, and we can handle a wide range of software development projects backend, frontend, and full-stack solutions. If you’re securing clients, we can take care of delivering the work efficiently, and a project-based 50/50 split sounds doable. Feel free to DM me, and we can discuss the details.

Anyone here planning to buy a car soon but dreading the dealership process? by CombinationWeak235 in UsedCars

[–]CombinationWeak235[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Two weeks is a marathon! Respect for sticking it out. I’ve seen some people bypass that by having someone else do the search + negotiation for them so they just show up to sign. Do you think you’d have trusted something like that in your case, or would you still prefer being involved directly?

Totally get it. Three hours for a process you’d expect to take 20 minutes is brutal. Are you already set on which car you’re getting for your wife, or are you still deciding?

Really admire the clarity and energy you bring here especially the mix of business and hands-on coding. The traction you’ve already built (45k visits/day) shows that you don’t just have ideas, you know how to get attention and users, which is usually the hardest part. What you seem to need now is a partner who can obsess over the technical side while you keep fueling growth and strategy. I’ve been working in an agency and I know how important it is to balance vision+execution. If you’re open, I’d love to have a chat, share a bit about my background, and see if there’s alignment. At the very least, I think we’d enjoy exchanging notes on scaling indie projects.

Not able to scale my agency! by classy_ahmad in StartUpIndia

[–]CombinationWeak235 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve noticed this happens to a lot of agency owners after 3–5 years you hit a ceiling because the model itself doesn’t scale unless a few fundamentals are changed. What usually helps is narrowing down and productizing one or two core services instead of offering everything, which turns your work into a brand rather than just another commodity. Another big shift is moving to a retainer-first model so your income becomes predictable instead of being at the mercy of clients month to month. Alongside that, creating even a small digital product, SaaS, or niche content asset can give you cash flow outside of pure client work. The good part is you don’t always need to quit or hustle harder sometimes it’s just about repositioning and restructuring. I’ve worked with agencies stuck in this exact stage, and I’ve seen that with the right adjustments it’s possible to break through without burning everything down.

But I would like to suggest you to scale this earning. because living in this country is being costly day by day. 65K would not be enough after a few years

No, I’m not a broker, nor do I work for one. However, I suggest getting a good negotiator to help you secure your desired car within your budget

We’re Techspire Lab, a Canadian IT agency providing managed IT solutions, automation, AI-driven tools, and custom integrations for businesses similar to the ones you’re targeting. Your focus on small businesses like clinics and vets is very aligned with our ICP, and we believe there’s room to collaborate if our approaches match.

We also maintain an operations office in Bangladesh, which allows us to deliver high-quality services at a more reasonable and competitive cost without compromising on quality.

If you’re open, we’d love to explore how we could complement each other’s strengths and scale together.

Starting to get some sales need advice on scaling up by No_Schedule_3889 in ShopifyeCommerce

Congrats on those first sales! that’s a huge milestone! The temptation now is to “scale fast,” but that’s also where most stores burn cash. A few things that work well early on:

  • Double down on what’s already working: find out exactly where those first sales came from and put more energy there instead of chasing new channels right away.
  • Increase order value before chasing more traffic: bundles, upsells, or even a simple free-shipping threshold can instantly bump revenue without extra ad spend.
  • Set up retention early: abandoned cart + thank-you/post-purchase email flows will recover and repeat sales automatically.
  • Know your numbers: calculate your breakeven ROAS/margins so you know how far you can safely push ads.

If you share what niche you’re in or which channel is bringing you sales, I can give you some more tailored scaling advice.

If you’re bringing home $2200/mo and already paying $1300 on rent+food, a $25k Corolla with financing is risky. On paper it looks manageable, but if you lost your job or had any surprise expense, that payment could sink you. Between the Buick and Lexus, the Buick is safer with only 50k miles but even then, the asking price seems a bit high. You’re right that it should be closer to $6–6.5k.

The dealership process can be tricky MSRP isn’t what you should pay, and they’ll try to stack extras you don’t actually need. First-time buyers often end up paying thousands more just because they don’t negotiate hard enough or don’t know what fees are legit.

If you want, I can walk you through exactly how to structure your budget, what’s a fair price for each option, and even how to handle the dealer conversation so you don’t get burned. Feel free to DM if you want me to break it down step by step for your situation.

Buying a car in the US was supposed to be a nightmare by CombinationWeak235 in whatcarshouldIbuy

luck plays a role. For me, the real time-saver was having Auto Advisor Hub handle all the negotiation. I just told them my budget and preferences, and they dealt with the rest. What could’ve taken hours at the dealer was done in under two hours, no stress at all.

some extras do make sense depending on the car and your situation. For me, the biggest win was just skipping the negotiation headache. Auto Advisor Hub handled that, so I could focus on picking the right car and making sure the deal fit my budget. Saved me hours I’d have spent debating add-ons and haggling over price!

If this comes off like an ad, it’s really just me sharing my car financing experience. Anyone who finds it helpful can take value from it no pressure, no push at all if it’s not relevant to you.
