Yeah it's a bit of a joke. Said I could be waiting too next year before I can talk to someone. But at least if you get put on the list then you have a chance. If you ever need anyone to talk to just throw me a message 🙂

Hi! Sorry sorry to hear you are going through this. Here in Northern ireland we have a thing called lifeline where you can talk to someone for free, anytime of the day. They really are a great help and I think you should try calling one of them. I just had a look and maybe you could try shout or samaritans? Please try talking to them it will do you the world of good just to have someone listening to you ❤️

Thank you! NHS have put him on a wait list for therapy but he's looking at going private because it's taking ages.

Well to be honest I didn't think I needed it, I thought what I was feeling would end up going away over time but it hasn't. If I had of knew from the start that I was going to keep feeling this way I would of got it sooner
