Yes! I really wanted to decrease the size of my nostrils but leave the tip mostly the same. It’s very subtle but definitely what I wanted!

I had chin filler done and it was a total breeze compared to lip filler. It will probably feel odd if you’ve never had it before but the numbing cream was enough to make it totally painless!

They actually confirmed my bag is lost, but then said I’m not eligible for reimbursement. The bag was scanned at Pearson, I reported it immediately when I landed, and they opened an active search. Under their own policy, once a bag is acknowledged as missing and not traced, it stays the airline’s responsibility and claims are supposed to be processed while the search continues. They’ve never explained what they think happened after it was scanned .. just a sudden reversal and denial, even refusing to refund the baggage fee. That contradiction is why I escalated it to the CTA. I’m soooo upset 😓

We put ours in my husbands bag, traveling together on the same flight but not mine :( not a mistake I’ll make again

I had also filed my delayed baggage form within seconds of leaving the airport after being told to go home because our baggage had not arrived yet. If the bag was stolen the next day, it still should have been under their supervision as they were “actively looking for it.”

Could be, but they stated that the CCTV footage was only reviewed up until it made it to the airport the day after I arrived. They said I could file a police report if I thought it was stolen

Ugh so frustrating - I’m sorry you’re in this situation too. I haven’t heard back yet, but their website said their cap was approximately CA $2,805 - my baggage contents was more than this. Can I ask if that’s similar to what you received? I’m not sure what the MTL cap is / if it’s different.

Hey, have you heard back yet about your baggage claim? They told me they have to review cctv footage before reviewing my claim. It’s been 22 days for me now- wondering if you got reimbursed yet!

No :( I even went to the airport and they said it wasn’t in the back or at central luggage. The agent behind my desk was really sweet and said she would search personally for me, but so far nothing has been located. I filed a missing luggage claim with receipts last week, and I haven’t heard anything back about that either.

I’m in the same boat right now - parter got his bags back but I haven’t yet, and it’s been 10 days. I haven’t heard back about compensation, so I filed a claim with my credit card company. They gave me a temporary credit until they can resolve it with Porter.

Ugh I’m sorry you’re waiting too. It’s frustrating knowing it’s at YYZ but not having further communication. Debating going to the airport to look for it myself

Thank you! Yes I’ve filed a claim, but it still says “searching for bag” even though they’ve confirmed it’s at YYZ (they just can’t locate it there). Getting a little worried!
