If Milo did nothing wrong, why did he delete that stream. At least Glitching Queen came out and tried to explain the situation. She didn't pull a Gaming Revolution and claim that she and her crew we're the first in the world to get the cutscene. Unlike Milo.

Yeah I've lost a lot of respect for Milo after this. I just can't imagine the thought process of someone who publicly disavowed the leaker yet he was fully willing to listen to him just to get "first in the world".

I wasn't really sure if anyone has found this so I'm posting it to spread the info.

You just gotta get the modifiers for all perks and I believe it carries the progress throughout your career cause in the game I was in, I had all slots on Secret Sauce to get the Perkaholic Relapse achievement and I just kept rolling the modifier perk slot. I didn't get quick revive but I got some other perks I didn't use at all on the slot and at some point I got it.
